herbaria uses star anise in its all natural soaps

This bar is a knockout both from its scent and its appearance. We’ve shredded a variety of our soaps and added them to a licorice scented base derived from essential oil of star anise. We’re guessing that licorice is like patchouli in that people either love it or hate it. We love it.

It is our first offering in our Special Edition series, a way we can test new ideas and see how they fly. We are developing new scents all the time. If there is something you’re wishing for, we’d love to hear about it.
