Described as floral, sweet, herbal, woody, green, and fresh, forever favorite lavender tops the list of our most-used essential oil. It compliments many other scents. What's more, the essential oil can benefit the skin in numerous ways. 

Floral Scents

Most natural floral scents are extremely costly, laboriously extracted from the blossoms of roses, lilacs, and such. Lavender oil permeates the entire lavender plant—leaves, stems, and flowers. It can be grown in fields, harvested, then steam distilled. Far more economical.

Lavender and Lavandin

Depending on the product, we use Lavandula angustifolia, known as true lavender or English lavender, or we use Lavandula x intermedia, known as lavandin. Our lavender essential oils come from France, Bulgaria, Spain, and the United States.

We have taken our popular Biotherapy™ Skincare soap to new depths of cleansing by adding activated charcoal to the original formula. Because activated charcoal removes impurities, it can help reduce the instances of acne and other skin problems. It works wonders for thoroughly removing makeup. You can use it all over your body. The soap is pleasantly scented. It contains essential oils of tea tree, palmarosa, lavender, geranium, patchouli and vetiver, to balance your skin's oil production, whether you have dry or oily skin. It also contains finely ground oatmeal, though you won't see it. Oatmeal helps cleanse, soothe and moisturize your skin. We've superfatted the soap with jojoba oil, a noncomedogenic moisturizer, which will soften your skin without clogging pores. Use Biotherapy Skincare to wash regularly. Don’t forget good nutrition, exercise, and a doctor’s care when necessary.

Almond Oil is a luxurious, non-greasy moisturizer that leaves your skin soft, silky, and smooth. It is excellent for all skin types (unless you have a nut allergy). We add in some lavender essential oil, an aromatherapeutic treasure. Float a few drops of Almond Oil in your bath. The warm water will gently vaporize the lavender essential oil.
