Essential Oils

We offer fifty of the same pure essential oils and blends we use to scent our soaps and other products. Select yours from the drop-down list. You'll find a complete list by expanding the "view all variations as list" button above. Our essential oils are steam distilled, except for these cold-pressed oils: bergamot, lemon, orange, pink grapefruit, and tangerine.

All of our essential oils are offered in 1 ounce and .5 ounce amber glass bottles with screw caps. Sixteen of the bestselling scents come in 10 ml bottles. Amber glass bottles protect the essential oils from damaging light.

Euro Dropper Bottles

Sixteen of our bestselling essential oils are available in 10 ml (.34 ounce) bottles. Each bottle has an orifice reducer for drop-by-drop dispensing in a diffuser, bath, or household miscellany. Unlike bottles with rubber droppers, you can stash the Euro bottles in your purse.

Droppers

Glass droppers to go with the 1 oz and .5 oz bottles are optional. Once inserted, keep the bottle upright as essential oils can degrade the rubber bulb. Essential oils in the Euro Dropper bottles don't take droppers.

Blends

Biotherapy Blend Essential Oils

Biotherapy Blend, the clean-smelling essential oil mixture we use in our Biotherapy Black and Biotherapy Skincare soaps, contains tea tree, palmarosa, lavender, geranium, patchouli, and vetiver.

Citronella Mist Essential Oil Concentrate

Citronella Mist Concentrate, with the essential oils that make our Citronella Mist so effective, contains citronella, lemongrass, lavender, lemon eucalyptus, catnip, sweet basil, patchouli, and thyme. Dropper included.

Serenissima Essential Oil Blend

Serenissima Blend provides the delightful aroma of our Serenissima Hand Spray. The essential oil blend recreates the famous old preparation of plant essences used to protect people from the plague in the Middle Ages, comparable to Young Living Four Thieves® Oil. It contains clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary.

We Offer These Warnings:

  • Do not apply essential oils directly to the skin. Dilute with a carrier oil. 
  • Our essential oils are for external use only, not for consumption.
  • Some essential oils are to be avoided during pregnancy. Warning lists vary as to what oils to avoid. Concentrations of oils in products make a difference. Using a bar of our soap, for instance, is not the same as putting essential oils directly on the skin. Consult your healthcare provider.
  • Keep essential oils out of the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and any body opening.
  • Keep out of reach/do not use on babies, children, or pets.
  • Of all essential oils, Tea Tree Oil has caused most (published) allergic reactions since the first cases were reported in 1991.
  • Always conduct a patch test of diluted essential oil on the inner arm before using; do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
  • If you have sensitive skin or any serious medical condition, do not use essential oils unless you consult with your doctor.
  • Essential oils are flammable. Do not store around flame, heat, and ignition sources.
  • Essential oils will break down most plastics. When we bottle products in plastic, we use HDPE plastic, considered safe to use with essential oils.
  • Essential oils dissolve rubber, such as the squeeze bulb on our droppers. Bottles with droppers should be stored upright.
