Geranium Soaps and Products

The romantic scent of this soap will brighten your spirits as you clean and moisturize your skin. The natural fragrance comes from the essential oil of Egyptian rose geranium. Palmarosa, another rosy-scented essential oil, moderates the sweetness to create a fuller and more complex aroma. The Rose Geranium bar is one of our few floral-scented soaps. We cannot use real rose extractions because they are prohibitively expensive, added only to costly perfumes. And our products never contain synthetic fragrance oils. Soothing, and gentle enough for sensitive skin, this soap promotes the body's natural ability to balance oil production. We add French pink clay not only to create the lovely pink color but also to provide its softening and conditioning qualities. Our emollient in this bar is avocado oil.

In color and scent, Rosy Bouquet comes closest to the fresh bloom of a pink rose. It is musky, sweet, spicy, and heady. We have created this complex scent and beautiful color using six essential oils and pure henna oil. This bar has been years in the making because genuine rose oil would be far too costly to use in a soap and our products never contain synthetic fragrance oils. The henna oil we use is different from the powdered henna used for hair color and decorative skin art. We have not seen any sign of staining on skin or washcloths. You’ll find this bar to be a joy because not only does it smell delightful but also it is extra moisturizing. The smooth bar has no added texture and makes a silky, creamy lather. The bright yellow color of our Saffron Gold comes from Spanish saffron. You can see its yellow-orange threads throughout the bright yellow bar. This treasured spice in the soap adds a sensuous scent to the citrusy blend of nine essential oils. This soap not only looks and smells good, its also really good for you. Saffron Gold is superfatted with mango butter, expeller pressed from the seeds of mangos. The butter softens, soothes and moisturizes dry skin. Saffron is one of the plants used to dye the robes of Buddhist monks. If you see a bit of yellow on your washcloth, try laundering it with oxygen bleach.

Bar shampoo? Yes! If your dog has skin problems, check the ingredients in the liquid pet shampoo you are using. It is probably made with detergents, harsh surfactants and synthetic fragrances. We add moisturizing jojoba and neem oils, emollients that assure a clean, healthy, shiny coat. How to use Soapys Choice Rub the wet bar over your dogs wet coat. Work up a lather and massage the suds into the fur. Avoid soap in the eyes or deep in the ears. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat the wash and rinse if you like. Stand back for the shake-off, then towel dry.
